FAQs

Can we also use content that our organization has created?

Yes. Your organization may add any content to TapCloud that you have the rights to distribute electronically.

Can we add content from outside organizations that we currently distribute to patients in printed form?

It depends. All content providers, including those associated with federal and state governments, have varying policies regarding electronic use of content and these policies commonly vary from printed materials. See each content provider’s website to determine their use policies.

Can we add patient-specific content, such as care instructions or lab reports?

Yes. These are typically saved as PDFs before uploading to a patient’s TapCloud account.

Can we add videos?

Yes. TapCloud supports the use of videos, web pages and articles, PDFs, text, and images. For multimedia content outside of this free public use library, your organization must have the rights to distribute the content.
